With over 20 years of experience in human resources, accounting, and financial analysis, Scott brings a well-rounded and steady hand to the company’s day-to-day operations. From managing general ledgers and cash flow to preparing financial reports for owners, CPAs, and financial partners, Scott helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

As director of finance, Scott also leads the construction budget draw process, working closely with project managers, clients, and banks to ensure accuracy and transparency every step of the way. He supervises a small but mighty bookkeeping team, overseeing everything from job costing and accounts payable to reconciliations and recordkeeping.

In addition to finance, Scott manages HR and company insurance needs—handling employee onboarding and benefits, setting up payroll and technology, and keeping systems organized and secure. Whether it’s building out a better filing system or helping a new hire get settled, Scott consistently brings a thoughtful and practical approach to every aspect of their work.
