Frank Zuppo

Frank is a Project Manager currently spearheading our Silo development in Lafayette, CO. With years of hands-on experience in the field, Frank oversees all aspects of a project’s lifecycle—from pre-construction planning through final closeout. His core responsibilities include budgeting, estimating, bid qualification, scheduling, and serving as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Frank is known for his clear communication and ability to keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the construction process.

With a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and a deep understanding of the building process, Frank brings valuable insight and leadership to every project he manages. Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time outdoors and working on home improvement projects with his lovely wife.
